Westview Winterfest, a time where students and parents come together to have fun and play games. Ms. Smalls, a former Westview teacher, gave her opinion of the Winterfest is that she knows she will return to the Winterfest in coming years. Also, she thinks that the car parking needs to be looked at and fixed because there was not enough space. Then Ms. Edwards, a sport’s coach here at Westview, gave her opinion on the Winterfest saying she also wants to return or knows she will return next year. Also, she thinks that the temperature needs to be looked at or checked because it was too hot. She suggested that we needed more chairs as there were not enough for her.
The students also had a wonderful time at Winterfest as well. Old students and new students all had fun and enjoyed tasty food there. Corey D., a current student, said he had lots of fun and would give it a good rating. Corey D. played games at the Winterfest but mostly had fun playing football with all the other students and visitors who attended. There were lots of options and food trucks like chicken, fries, soda, ice cream, snow cones, and more. With all the food options, Corey D. had chips and a drink and enjoyed it. Along with other students who ate food, like Isaiah L. who is a former Westview student that is now in High School. Isaiah L. focused on the chicken, but he said he ate everything and enjoyed it.
With all the fun games and food options people often look forward to the Winterfest, people had fun at the Winterfest and are to be expected to return for later events as such. Overall, Winterfest was an incredibly fun and cool time with amazing food there and music. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen!
