Ms. Dwan is our Head Custodian here at Westview. She chose to work here as a custodian for the job. She has been working here for 10 years, and she earned the Head Custodian position because of her hard work and dedication. She enjoys seeing all the kids around the school and her responsibilities are doing her rounds around the school, checking on her co-workers, and then seeing if there is anything she needs to do around the school. Her effect on this school is, “if she wasn’t here our school would be a mess” according to her, meaning that our school would not be as clean as it is now if we did not have her. She does not enjoy cleaning all messes (but I mean who does) but thank you Ms. Dwan for all you do for this school!
